The 5 - 9 years class is designed specially for young children with little or no trampolining experience
and enables them to work through the 5 star award scheme. Discipline and interaction with other children is
encouraged as part of the lesson and the children receive one to one instruction. An
induction course must be attended before booking.
The 10 - Adult class is recreational and suitable for anyone - you will be welcome if you have never been
on a trampoline before or whether you can perform multiple somersaults (as our instructor holds an advanced qualification).

Please note:
- Please ensure you wear proper sports clothing.
- No jeans or fashion clothing is allowed on the trampolines.
- Long hair must be tied back, socks must be worn and all jewellery removed.
Induction sessions for 5 - 9 years
Induction sessions are for children wishing to start trampolining. These sessions
cover safety and basic trampoline skills, enabling the children to enter the class with confidence and
an understanding of the lesson.
All children should attend one induction sessions before booking a class.
Please note that places for these sessions are limited and must be booked in advance.
Appropriate sports clothing and socks must be worn.
