All classes are designed to suit a wide range of fitness levels. Everyone is welcome. Just work as hard as you can!!!!!

Please book classes at reception. This is especially important for step aerobics as there is only a limited number of steps available.

KI - BO
This class takes elements of boxing & Karate and adds a touch of low impact aerobics & toning excercies.

Aquarobics
Use the resistance of the water to give your body a complete workout, whilst minimising the stress put on your joints.

Body Overhaul
Program of fast pace exercise, complemented with deep muscle conditioning. Purpose to achieve and maintain optimum fitness and health. Train at your own level.

Circuit Training
An enjoyable class with Fou. working the whole body. Using a variety of exercises such as push ups, sit ups and skipping. Don't be shy, give it a try!!!

Body Conditioning
An hour and a half class designed to tone and stretch parts of the body that are often unused, using weights and resistance equipment.  Men welcome as well as women for all levels. 

Yoga
An hour and a half of Pure relaxation. Designed to relax your mind, body and spirit.

Fat Burner
The name says it all! High Energy. High Motivation. High Impact. A combination of cardio and body conditioning, targeting all body parts. All levels welcome!
