  1. Swim 10m Frontcrawl showing:

    1. Horizontal body position

    2. Both arms reaching forward

  2. Swim 10m Backcrawl showing:

    1. Horizontal body position

    2. Straight arm recovery

  3. Breatstroke - to know the beginnings of the stroke

  4. Attempt sitting / crouch dives

  5. Jump into deep water without assistance

  6. Fully submerge in deep water
