Text Box: 2009 Christmas Newsletter Text Box: Canons Sports Centre Text Box: 1-2-1 Swimming Lessons   Once again over the Christmas holidays we will be offering one to one swimming lessons. Lessons of this nature are designed for   pupils who need extra attention, or for those who want to develop their skills with the focus solely on themselves. These lessons are 30 minutes long and will cost £20 per lesson per lesson.  These lessons will be run between 1.30—4.30pm during the school     holidays, on weekdays.  If you are interested in signing your     child/children or yourself up for these lessons please enquire at reception or call; 0208 951 5402. Text Box: Fitness Studio News Text Box:   We are pleased to announce that we are now offering members of the sports centre an improved fitness testing service.  We feel as though members would benefit from this service on a monthly or   bi-monthly basis, so they can keep a close eye on their individual fitness levels.  Please contact Ben Phillips, Canons new fitness  instructor, in order to book your appointments which will take no time at all. This goes to help the Marie Curie Cancer Care, well done to all the participants.
